Welcome to The Great Exhale

Your 15-Minute Nervous System Reset

💡 A Quick Safety Note Before You Press Play

Your Great Exhale experience is ready. Find a comfortable, safe position, put your headphones on if you can, and press play when you're ready.

Slow, rhythmic breathing is safe and beneficial for almost everyone. However, breath holds should be skipped if you have epilepsy, serious heart conditions (e.g., pacemaker or recent heart attack), recent surgery, or are in your 3rd trimester of pregnancy.

Always listen to your body, reduce intensity whenever needed, and practice seated or lying down, never in water or while driving.
